Sewers can deteriorate and crack over time and may eventually need replacing or relining. There are signs that your sewer may be starting to deteriorate, these could include things like drainage flow decreasing or your toilet system backing up. The most standard process for sewer work are;
Sewer replacement
Sewer pipe replacement is the process of replacing aging, damaged, or broken sewer pipes with new pipes. It involves digging up the existing pipe, removing it, and then installing a new one. This process is often necessary when the sewer pipes have become clogged, cracked, or corroded, or when tree roots have grown into the pipes and caused a blockage. It can also be used to increase the size of existing pipes in order to accommodate a larger volume of water or waste.
Sewer lining
Sewer pipe relining is a method of restoring the structural integrity of damaged or failing sewer pipe systems without having to dig up and replace the existing pipes. It involves inserting a flexible, pressure–resistant liner coated with a special resin into the existing pipe. Once in place, the resin is cured and the liner hardens, effectively creating a new, seamless pipe inside the old pipe. This new pipe is resistant to corrosion, tree root intrusion, and other damage. Sewer pipe relining is a cost–effective, efficient, and non–invasive way to restore a sewer system.

I’ve been using Result Plumbing since 2005. The level of service and value I receive is second to none. I get simple, honest advice on what is and what is not required. I feel comfortable with all the staff that I have had contact with. Having a plumber arrive when they say they will, doing what they say they will do, and updating me along the way is very important. It sounds simple, yet is rarely achieved by others. Result Plumbing are great people to deal with and a great business. I will definitely be recommending your services.
